I do not believe recertification over a longer period of time is beneficial to the program in terms of abuse by certain persons whom distort their personal finances just to receive ADAP and thus keep those who need it most from receiving it.madk721https://www.blogger.com/profile/09335448042909899630noreply@blogger.com
